The Shimano Deore RD-M610-SGS Shadow RD 3x10-speed rear derailleur is optimized for Shimano's "Dyna-Sys" technology.

The low profile design is intended for more aggressive riding. The derailleur will not contact the chain stays, thus it's super quiet. It performs smoothly and silently under all conditions and it offers improved durability. The low profiles design saves the RD from damage in narrow passages. Direct routing reduces the risk of snagging. A stronger return spring results in a more crisp shifting feeling. Straight pull shifting cable operation. Furthermore it allows efficiently pedaling through narrow gradations, offers a consistently high switching performance and stable chain management. 

Designed for Rapidfire and compatible shifters. Shimano recommends the use with "Dyna Sys" HG-X chains and "Dyna Sys" Shimano cassettes.
